| The organization is incorporated and has received 501C-3 status from the IRS. It is
administered by a Board of Directors, Executive Committee, a president and officers as set forth by the Constitution and by-laws,
and under the auspices of the National Association. The Association also consists of seven chapters covering several states, and cities and counties along the East Coast. | |
